I have installed recordtrac on Heroku, here: https://shielded-forest-62797.herokuapp.com/
I have linked STAFF_URL to a user list, and have manually run db_users.py where I can see the users are being added to the db.

Every time I attempt to login, I get login 'failure: error' message.

Hi @metrix78 - thanks for reporting this. Is the e-mail address you're trying to log in with one that is in the user list? Furthermore, is the password you're trying the same one you use to log into your e-mail server? (Sorry if these are obvious; just troubleshooting). If so, I might try adding a different e-mail address (perhaps your gmail one) to the staff list, and trying that, to make sure it's not a restriction from the city e-mail server.
