find orgs in IATI that do not yet have an org_ID but are being named by some publishers
find orgs that have org IDs but which are not yet in use in IATI data
Could we scrape a) all the participating, receiving, etc org tags, and b) perhaps at least the XM-IATI org-id list to make more sources available via org-id finder?
I also wondered if the DFID work on machine learning and identifying partners might not also be loosely related here / provide some options.

As someone who doesn't know much about org_id's I would have expected that there was a 'registry' for org ID's but that seems not to be the model there - the repo mentions that it is just a list of lists......nb, this makes me unsure why IATI requires such gatekeeping!
