Download page is poorly written

For people new to Coco, one of the first tasks they will perform is to download the Coco dataset. The download page is confusing because it makes all sorts of assumptions that people understand the components and organization of them. e.g. No introductory text to explain a "split", "keypoints", "Val images", etc...
