EPIC: CWL (application package) for generating coregistered stack

CloudInSar requires an application package that wraps the main snap graph here, and performs stage-in/stage-out
The SNAP graph itself already exists:

We suggest to start with a CWL that performs all steps in a single script container, trying to avoid issues with RWX volumes that may not be present are work very well. We can then implement a potentially more efficient workflow as an optimization.
