While trying to browse the packages on https://www.clibs.org/packages, I noticed that packages seem to be presented in no comprehensible order (except for being grouped by category).
I'm not a clib user, but I consider trying it out.
I think it would help to sort the entries ; first by category name, then by package name
I think it would improve discoverability when trying to figure out what packages are available on clib
