Story

As a registrant
I want to be able to add/manage name servers
so that my domain is accessible online

AND

As a registrant
I want to be able to add an IP address
so that I can self-host my DNS or use custom addresses for my nameserver

Acceptance Criteria

  • Redesign the name servers page aligning with the design patterns used on the DS data page redesigned (see ticket DS data page redesign and accessibility fixes #2911) for that pattern.
  • Share for approval of design and content from @Katherine-Osos and product
  • Update the parent issue of this sub-issue reflecting the changes for dev handoff

Additional Context

Review parent issue for background context on the current UX issues with this page.
