Some settings not available under the " Google Workspace Business Starter" plan

💡 Summary

Some settings are not available the " Google Workspace Business Starter" plan. The buttons/pages for them are just completely gone in the admin center.

Motivation and context

It can confuse the users if the buttons listed in the implementation steps just aren't there.

Counter-argument: at the top of the baselines we say, "This document assumes the organization is using GWS Enterprise Plus." That said, I think including this kind of licensing details in the "Prerequisites" section when applicable would be a valuable addition to include, if nothing else as a courtesy to our users.

Acceptance criteria

• Decide if we want to include this kind of details in the prerequisites section.
• If we do want to, determine all the controls that are impacted and note the license requirements in the markdown.
