chan_switch not working

Hi,

Kindly help me to address the below queries,

1. Below command is not working in rpi

               root@RaspberryPi-Gateway:~# hostapd_cli chan_switch 5 5240

2. Whether this driver have CSA supported ?

3. Is that mandatory to re-enable the AP/radio when we switch the new channel ?
