Livestreamer dont open vlc

I'M now trying to save some streams from ustream in my 2009 hp probook laptop with xp, and when i set all and hit Start only this is showing:

@xpatryk89 Livestreamer is deprecated use https://github.com/streamlink/streamlink instead
