I have backported ArduPilot/ardupilot#27007 to 4.5.6, which is OK with my current flyable copter.
But it seems a little bit confused for rviz_imu_plugin/Imu direction, any idea or suggestion?

Does ego-planner use NED(ardupilot) coordinate system? or there is an extra convertion that we should do?
