how would I flash a ROM without loosing data, for example, if I have a TWRP backup of another rom, would I restore the rom via TWRP, install dualbootpatcher, backup the rom via dual boot patcher, patch the backup, restore the previous rom via TWRP, then flash the patched backup via dualboot?
