as a temporary workaround for this bug:

typescript definitions stopped working sindresorhus/meow#248

i inserted this file to importly: https://github.com/chase-moskal/importly/blob/ee4c95c4f040e6afdf7894c68aa9936645e23c5d/s/aspects/module-declarations.d.ts

when the bug in meow is resolved, we should remove the workaround file
