Description

I would like to use the organoid dataset from this collection with Census scVI embedding to predict cell types of my retina organoid dataset. Currently this dataset is not in Census because it has tissue_type = "organoid"and thus, does not have scVI embeddings.

Context

There aren't many methods available for cell type annotation of organoids and I would be curious to see how this performs.
This particular paper/dataset is interesting to me because the methodology undertaken is similar to my dataset and I expect them to share characteristics. I can also see a population of RPE cells in this dataset which is my focus point.
