- 170g browned butter with 1/4 vanilla bean scraped
- 1 large egg and 1 yolk
- 235 g sugar
- 15 g molasses
- 250 g AP flour
- 150 g oats
- 1t baking soda
- 1/2t salt
- 150 g chocolate chip
- 90 g dried sour cherry
- 35 g sweetened coconut flake
- 15 g white sesame seed
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
- Spoon 18-24 cookies onto two large cookie sheets and bake 12-14 minutes
