A holiday classic.
- 1.5 cups peanut butter
- 1/2 cup (2 sticks) butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 16 oz (1 box) confectioner's sugar
- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate
- Prepare a cookie sheet or plate with parchment paper
- Mix peanut butter, vanilla, and confectioner's sugar by hand to form a stiff dough
- Shape into ~1" balls
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler or (carefully in a) microwave
- Dip balls halfway in chocolate, then place on prepared cookie sheet or plate
- Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving
