Right now we allow users to display a table of pools they have liquidity in or a list of all pools.
This task is to create a new page that will show featured pools along with a mechanism to set which pools are featured.

This objective is to allow Symmetric to highlight certain pools for such reasons as high reward payouts or new token listings.
