Regular "Page text elements" on the "Translation page" are marked as "Hint text"

Description

When inserting page text as a form element within a form and going to the translation view in the right panel, notice the container is indicated as "Hint text" even when it's just plain Page text.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to GC Forms
2. Create a form
3. Add new page text to the form
4. Format page text with headings and bullets
5. Switch to "Translations" in the Form set-up right panel
6. See "Page text: Hint text" as the title for the side-by-side container of page text content.
