Things to validate:

• QA Testing + Bug fixes API self-serve: QA Testing #4669 (do we need to do any more quick validation after the tech debt updates over the holidays?)
• SLA and ToU updates Update ToU and SLA for API v2 #4673
• Confirm a release date: hold meeting sent for Monday, January 20 !
• Ensure that the API URL contains the version in the URL. @bryan-robitaille
• We'll need to update the documentation with the new URL path ^ @anikbrazeau
• Email to our prototyping partners? This will be a breaking change for the clients that are processing forms live. @srtalbot

Client comms:

• Book time with Support to go over the updates on “how to answer a ticket” for API V2.0
• Mailing list update is drafted and translated (Growth) (not a release blocker)
• Update Strategic Roadmap (not a release blocker)

Prod release:

• Guidance documentation on the API is translated and published (open PR, to be merged when we release) #112
• Flag to Growth once release is done, to send out client comms

Other considerations:

• do we need any updates to the banner?

• Machine readable tag set by the user API V2.1 - Machine readable tags or IDs #4378
• V2 Support Form API V2.0 - Update support form #4375
• Load Testing API V2.0 - Performance testing #4549
