Description

Update templates available including branding form (#4923) with new conditional logic features and pages.

Add new boilerplate templates to demonstrate more complex use cases:

• Security screening boilerplate form #4238
• Grants and contributions boilerplate form #4926

User story

As a form builder using a template to build a form for the first time
I expect the form to use all the features available and follow best practices
So that I can optimize the experience for end users

• feedback (consultations, input)
• reporting (compliance or incident reporting)
• evaluation/assessments
• publications

Do:

• Create some shells to hang questions into. E.g.:
  Basic application forms
• Forms with multiple exit pages
• Explanations in the template that help people understand

Answer:

• What is the most common format of data needed? (per use-case)
• What is the most common, or most-user friendly order of fields/ information architecture?
• What decisions about questions are standardized across multiple forms (for example: every G&C)?
