Documentation: Update anatomy images

📇 Summary

We need to update the anatomy images of our components on the components listing page.
The anatomy images have been uploaded to this google drive folder

✅ Definition of Done / Outcomes

• Done when there is a PR that adds the new images for the components
• Done when PR has been reviewed by at least one developer
• Done when PR has been reviewed by at least one designer
• Done when PR is approved, but not yet merged. Merging will happen in the corresponding Publish ticket which requires a review of both figma & code.

📜 Acceptance criteria

• The components page uses the new updated images found in the google drive
• All anatomy images must have the correct alt text in EN
• All anatomy images must have the correct alt text in FR

This may require some pieces of content (alt text) that doesn't currently have a ticket
