include filename in metadata about submission

It would be helpful as a sanity check on the submission page to see the original filename that was uploaded. I often choose a file and then wonder whether I chose the right file (instead of choosing, say, the file from one week before). This would be a helpful way to backtrace any errors as well if there are any questions about the file itself.

Our internal issue tracker has similar issue. I will write back when the changes are live.

Update on this issue. Next release very likely will include commits for this issue. The plan is to display file name, size and number of rows of original file.
