All documentations needs review since the c++ code fix and the creating of the spadesCBM m3ToBiomass module that makes this family of module a four-module family.

Global script documentation has been updated post-RIA improvements. Individual models have not yet been updated. Pseudocode for the C++ was produced by a contractor and is available.
