issue with multiblock on custom page

When using the multiblock alongside the custom page feature we see issues - when the custom page is tenant specific, a tenant administrator receives a no permission error

On the custom page itself while editing the user does appear to have the relevant permissions, but the error is received anyway.

Hi @SYoung3000 - I assume the custom page feature you are using is the Moodle workplace feature? - This block doesn't support Moodle workplace - there are other issues reported in #102 related to this.

If you have internal development capabilities, we welcome pull requests, alternatively you could contact your Moodle Partner and ask them to look at improving this and sending us a pull request.
