I think in absence of official support of splash screens will be good to wrap this solution to Nuget package

As an alternative, I'd like to offer to port this awesome bit of work into WinUIEx and maintain it (with full credit to @castorix of course). Would you be ok with that? Should be fairly simple since all the interop code is already there or can easily be auto-generated.

@dotMorten, You can do what you want with this code and improve it (for example, last year I added video with MFPCreateMediaPlayer, that could be replaced with MediaPlayer, as the doc suggests)
