Gifs and webms currently have static thumbnails, which is great for quick viewing. It would be nice to automatically have short 4 or 5 animation thumbnails for mouseover.

Also, it would probably save bandwidth to support webp thumbnails, even though firefox doesn't support them.

Partially complete, as there can be multiple thumbnails now.
