Part of #5

Get the CPU platform (Xeon E5-2651 v2, Gravitron...) and use it to compute the energy of a AWS instance

Trying to move away from average coefs which means nothing because of graviton instances way cheaper!

There is a list of power used by instance (CPU, ram but also the whole instance) in https://github.com/cloud-carbon-footprint/ccf-coefficients/blob/main/data/aws-instances.csv
