Hello there,

I love the approach of carboneio !
However, I'm using it on the cloud on AWS, and I found it difficult to choose the right machine to make it run smoothly (it's really slow on small machines).
A benchmark/minimum requirements sections on the doc would be cool.

Thanks for this great library anyway !

Hello,

First, thank you @adussarps
Carbone itself doesn't need a big machine, and it is mostly LibreOffice for file conversion that requires resources.

The minimum system requirement would be:
1 CPU of 2GHz with 1GO RAM

A performant system would be:
2 CPU up to 2Ghz with 4GO RAM

Carbone is available on the AWS marketplace, and you can run a pre-configured machine in a few clicks; learn more:
https://carbone.io/on-aws.html

Have a good day!
