Nonprofit applications should have decisions too.

If you visit http://www.calblueprint.org/admins/student_applications you'll see a list of student applications. There's a "Decision" column where you can mark the app as through the first round or not. We'd like the same behavior for NPO apps.

However, let's table this feature for the future. The original intention was to have an easy way to go through the apps after the first round interviews and email the people we accept/reject. Given that right now it looks like Google Sheets are working pretty well for us I think we'll prioritize other tasks (like #202)
