Node name is incorrectly identified #58

I've set the node_name in the VM as "test" but butcher is trying to authenticate as the image name.

default: Could not butcher node centos65-x86_64-20140116: {"error":["Failed to authenticate as 'centos65-x86_64-20140116'. Ensure that your node_name and client key are correct."]}
