too long sequence ?

Hi,
When i use yahs, it report this erro:

[I::main] dump hic links (BAM) to binary file yahs.out.bin
[E::make_sdict_from_index] >4G sequence chunks are not supported: ^Q [94084635979840]

What should i do to resolve this erro ?

Your contig index file (${contig.fa}.fai) generated by samtools faidx might be corrupted. Please check the file first, and feel free to upload it here if you would like me to take a look.
