Test_data_are_not_available?

Dear Dr. David,
I have tried to download the datasets including Nepal.zip, FourDoabs.zip, and NorthWestBD.zip from the URL address ("http://rapid-hub.org/data/CI/SERVIR_STK") you suggested, but it seems that they are not available. In the website of "http://rapid-hub.org", the data part does not exist at all. Would you please help me?

The other point is that, when I tried to concatenate the different NetCDF files, it successfully produces, for example, the "GLDAS_MOS10_M.A200204_200403.nc" file but it not able to create the "GLDAS_MOS10_M.A200204_200403_tst.nc" file, so that, the second part of the code gives me the error "Failed comparison".
