Milestone 1 — User account management & repo management & mnemonic management

0c.	Testing Guide	We will provide uni test for user management and recharge management modules(70% cover), the two module UI test report
0d.	Docker	We will provide Dockerfile and docker image to run the website in one command line

1. | User management, create an Moonbeam account for each developer | We will provide login function, you can login our website using github, and we will create an  account for each user by default
2. | Repo & webhook management | We will fetch your github repo list, so you can active the repo you want integrate with Conflux , the webhook module will listen the pay event and tigger transform module to pay developer tokens
3. | Address binding | Develop using github issue comment to bind their  address. /bytepay bind [address]
4. | Recharge management | Recharge  tokens to your platform account
5. | Transfer EVM contract | We will provide a tested EVM contract, provide transfer limit, whitelist and transfer function.

Status：

We‘ve completed Polkadot Grant by Web3 Foundation and have supported accordingly function on Polkadot.

front-end engineer , previously work for one of the top Internet listed companies in China with 4 years working experience now have resigned and joined the BytePay team.

项目灵感来源:
A well known open source developer named Marak Squires who created open source projects called "faker.js" and "colors.js" which are famous downloaded more than 20 million times a week for free.He was so poor that it was difficult for him to survive that he had to delete the library and run away because he make no money from open source projects.Inspired by this, we are ready to solve problems with blockchain.
Besides,we have received Polkadot Grant by Web3 Foundation and have supported the corresponding functions in Polkadot ecology.After being recommended by others, we knew more about Conflux which is one of the most famous public chains in China and we are looking forward to developing together and expand influence with the support of Conflux to build a decentralized cross chain world.
