I've had a couple dozen lights working on HA-bridge with Amazon Echo since 2016. Now out of the blue, just tonight, Alexa will no longer set the light percentage. I can use the HA-bridge web interface to set a Dim percentage just fine. Alexa can also turn lights ON and OFF with no issue. But if I now specify a percentage as part of the voice command, the response is, "Bedroom lamp is not responding."
Does anyone know if Amazon changed something about the way it parses dim/bright percentages, or how it passes those to HA-bridge? Clearly something has changed somewhere. (And yes, I've rebooted my modem, router, Echos, and RPi a few times to no avail.)
Anyone else having this problem?

I had this problem too... In my setup to fix it was to enable the following on each device:
"On with First Dim" = true
"Dim only when On present" = true
"Send dim when color request present and dim present" = true
Thanks your your reply! I finally ended up removing all the devices from Alexa and re-discovering them. When I did that, everything worked again (bright/dim) and Alexa stopped saying that every device was "unresponsive" with a red status indicator.
I'll keep your solution noted in case this happens again. Thanks so much!
