Do we really want to "rank" fellows. I feel like that would create an unhealthy work environment since everyone's work pace and amount is measured differently.
A good observation. But I wouldn't call that ranking exactly. It won't be a comparison off number of commits. But more like an activity score (based on commits, issues, PRs, comments, etc) showing the user engagement in the mlh organization as well as the projects he has opted for.
I feel this would push everyone, and give them a broader perspective of what's happening in other pods too
I don't think this is really what we represent or want to be doing for pods.
Also, even though this project doesn't have an exact broader use case right now but let's not completely close our options for scaling this. @kunal-kushwaha what are your thoughts about this?
