Greetings,

Windows Build using MSVC/CMAKE requires libsndfile released as NUGET.
libsndfile requires additional NUGET:
ogg msvc14 x64 & Win32
vorbis msvc14 x64 & Win32
flac msvc14 x64 & Win32

This will take some time, but absolutely feasible.

Almost complete, I am still getting a few strange linker errors for x64.

flac-msvc14-x86

soon we will have:
libsndfile-msvc-x86
