My PS .bin files don't seem to work even after I converted them to .iso files.

I don't know what to do, and I'm really stuck. Do I need to replace the .bin file in the zipped folder with .iso file because I did that, and it still didn't work. Also, whenever I use the shuffler, it says that LUA can't run in two host threads at the same time. It still works once I press okay, but I don't know if it's because I got the most recent update. I'll be very pleased if someone helps me and I await a response.
