How to prevent Bizhawk Shuffler from loading Track files? #11

Hello. I was wondering of how you prevent the Shuffler from loading Track Files from ISO roms? I'm trying to make it where it only loads the cue files for them but it doesn't seem to be working. Help would be appreciated.
