The idea came up on coolkid's stream to play 10 different games of Tetris at the same time. Simply copying and renaming the ROM's still results in BizHawk loading the same savestate for every ROM. Figured there might be a way to add functionality to the shuffler that would be able to make separate savestates according to ROM names.

I can confirm the same issue is happening for DK64. In CurrentROM.txt the program is just putting the internal ROM name of "Donkey Kong 64 (USA)" rather than checking the ROM file name or anything.

This change saves / loads a save state based on the games filename.

This will allow the ability to:

a) Use a previously saved state to start a run
b) Distinguish states from the same rom file (but differently named filenames) refs: brossentia#1
