Modest Audit of DRAGEN Sample QC Outputs

Once the sample QC pipeline is ran on DRAGEN samples who have had sample QC ran on their GATK data , do a modest audit of the outputs to ensure nothing is alarmingly different. Of note (though I haven't thought enough about it to have strong opinions) is to see if the Sample QC quality flags change or not
