The controller animation ui is not showing upon making a new file

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to '...'
Click on '....'
Scroll down to '....'
Observe result

Observed behavior
Im confused because i can't find the server controller animatioanimati
Expected behavior
The ui is not showing

Additional context
You can still find the server animation controller on the bottom of server animation
