Fails to install this particular script. I am pretty new to coding and so may be am doing a rookie mistake. Please help. Email to [email protected]

C:\Users\heman\Robinhood-for-Google-Finance-master>pip install python-dateutils

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement python-dateutils
ERROR: No matching distribution found for python-dateutils

It's singular, not plural
pip install python-dateutil
