Finish Export to GitHub Process

The github.exporter.js file is stubbed out, but not complete. It will be synchronously called with each repositories info. The objective is to take the local GitRepository and push it to GitHub.

Also, we will need to create the repository on GitHub if it doesn't exist. This will probably require the GitHub api.
