Make it easy to get AngBar visible while in Sehaj Paath mode #127

While doing Sehaj Paath, scrolling all the way up to go to next page is poor UX.
I tried an implementation in this #124, but it isn't quite polished.

Maybe we can move AngBar to bottom for mobile devices?
