As the Beacon Chain is sunsetting, is still useful to have the getOwner method on BSC BEP20 new tokens?

@unclezoro @buddh0 could you check this?

Is still useful to add getOwner in BEP20 tokens (that means adding ownership management, increasing complexity and gas cost for deployment)?
