Problem: 1 Epoch in setup, but training makes 2 Epochs

Hello. Today I decided to use regularization images for the first time. After last update I see that I just need to add folder with images and that's it. So I loaded my old settings file, added that regularization folder and saved my settings again. I always use only 1 epoch. When I started to train I got message that there will be 2 epochs even if in the parameters it's shown that 1 epoch. And yes all the training took 2 times longer and it was 2 epochs. Why did this happen ? Is it because of regularization folder system decided that it needs 2 epochs or something ?
