加签完成后 流程图是否也变化了呢，比如在流程为start-step1-step2-end，在step2 加签 step2-1 step2在act_ru_task 表里的task_def_key 会变成一个新值为72501:sid_2g1:1527131953825-0，可这个key 在流程定义中并没有，导致提交step2 报错，请问加签完成后流程定义是否会发生变化（跟代码并没有变化），是我哪里集成的不对了么?

加签不会修改流程定义，本质是复制当前节点，然后将修改流程指向

服务重启了，加签是不是就没了？

不会，所有的流程数据均存在DB中
