PRODUCT TASK

What to do?

We've prepared changes on the backed size + created a microservice for the multichain search

It's time for layout creation!

I've described all the necessary changes for the frontend side that we need to support. All details are in the Procuct task

Important moments:

Everything is in production, but there are 2 issues:
- There are some issues with fetching tokens. Leonid is working on this right now
- The API for filtering dapps for the "Explore dapps" widget is not ready yet. Decided to finish the main layouts + search. After it is finished, Leonid can support API for filtering + fix tokens fetching issues

On the backed side, we start with the following chains for the multichain search: Base, Arbitrum, Optimism
