SOAPEc segmentation fault #49978

When installing SOAPEc through bioconda and using command KmerFreq_HA (v2.03, compiled May 29 2023), unexplained segmentation faults are encountered.

When downloading SOAPEc (v2.03, compiled May 19 2014) using the sourceforge website: https://sourceforge.net/projects/soapdenovo2/files/ErrorCorrection/

and executing KmerFreq_HA in the same way, it runs without any errors.

Therefore, we can assume that there is something wrong with the bioconda installation of SOAPEc.
