Error refers to the wrong YAML #98

The error below refers to the line 210 of sagan-windows.yaml but the error actually existed at line 210 of the sagan-windows-rules.yaml.

[E] [08/15/2017 18:04:09] - [config-yaml.c, line 252] libyam parse error at line 210 in '/usr/local/etc/sagan-windows.yaml'
