When requesting shpz format for an address in Geocoder 4.0.0 a 500 error occurs.

I expect this is something minor but we should probably fix it in 4.1?

More info on this in #237
I believe this had been resolved by various library updates that have taken place since the problem was first discovered - you should retest on 4.3

LOC will retest this when Geocoder 4.3 is deployed.
